• NEWDue times. A due date can now include a time of day.
• NEWSiri. Ask Siri to add a reminder in Clientry and it becomes a task, filed into the matching project.
• NEWFilter by meeting. Task lists that contain action items from Simple Meeting Recorder show a Meeting button above the list. Pick a meeting (or search for one) to see only the tasks that came out of it, newest meetings first, with a count for each. Works in Today, Upcoming, All Tasks, tags, projects and clients, on Mac and iPhone.

• NEWTask sources. A task can now show where it came from. Action items sent from Simple Meeting Recorder link back to the meeting: click Source on the task and the recording opens at the moment the item was agreed.
• IMPROVEDTask search also matches the source, so searching “Meeting:” finds every task that came from a meeting. Source links carry over to duplicated tasks, backups and Copy for Agent.

• IMPROVEDProject groups, rebuilt. Ungrouped projects sit together at the top, with each group below. Drag to reorder inside a group, drop a project on a group header to add it, or use Move Up/Down and Move to Group from the menu. Projects no longer jump back into a group you took them out of, and reordering doesn’t fill the Activity Log.
• NEWArchived section in the sidebar, with Unarchive.
• NEWToday shows tasks that are due today, overdue or in progress, with a collapsible Done section.

• IMPROVEDReminders import remembers what it has already seen. Reminders the AI decided not to import aren’t sent to it again on the next run, unless you edit them. Scheduled runs are faster and use fewer AI calls.
• NEWRe-check Skipped in Settings → Reminders sends everything back to the AI, for example after you add a new project. The run summary now says how many reminders were new and how many were checked on an earlier run.
• IMPROVEDThe direct download and Homebrew builds now run in the App Sandbox, the same as the Mac App Store version. Your data and settings move over on first launch, and the old copies are left untouched.
• IMPROVEDA custom backup folder keeps its access across restarts. If access is lost, Settings → Backup asks you to choose the folder again.

• NEWImport from Reminders. Pick the Reminders lists you jot work into, and Clientry’s AI sorts out which items belong to which project and files them as tasks. Review every suggestion before it’s added, change the project or title, or skip it.
• NEWAutomatic imports. Settings → Reminders can run the import on a schedule, from every 15 minutes to once a day. Only confident matches to an existing project are filed automatically, duplicates are skipped, and everything else waits for you to review. See the last run, the next run, and recent imports at a glance.
• NEWOptionally mark imported reminders complete. Clientry never deletes your reminders and only reads the lists you choose.
• IMPROVEDBackups fall back to the default folder if your chosen backup folder isn’t writable, instead of silently failing.
• FIXEDA crash on macOS 27 when selecting items in the main window.
